 An experienced Hydraulics Design Engineer is required to work with a dynamic design and manufacturer of equipment for the Offshore Oil & Gas Industry! Job Specification: Due continued success and expansion our client is looking for an experienced Hydraulics Design Engineer to work in its Northumberland office. You will need to be able to demonstrate experience in Hydraulic and Mechanical design and will ideally have experience working with projects from conception to completion. The job begins at the tender stage, interpreting the client's requirements and developing the solution as the mechanical design evolves. From circuit design to commissioning, attention to detail is vital to achieve the tight project times. Our client works against challenging schedules, with suppliers, to obtain the parts, plan and implement component testing and then build the hydraulic system around the mechanical one. After integration with the control systems the process will move to system testing and installation.
